The citizen portal has been developed for citizens over the age of 15 who want an overview of and easy access to their own or their relatives e-journal.In the Borgerportalen, you and your relatives have the opportunity to follow the information that the municipality has registered about you in the electronic care record KMD Nexus.
This can, for example, relate to home help, nursing care, training, health promotion, aids and everyday technology or preventive home visits.
You can log in via an internet browser at www.borgerportalen.dk or download Borgerportalen as an app in both the App Store and Google Play Store to access your data.If you have authorization to view the e-journal for a relative, you will be able to log in on behalf of the relative on the Citizen Portal.
It is also possible to view childrens health information in the app if the children are under 18 and you have parental authority.Please note that your options in the Citizen Portal may vary from municipality to municipality.
You can contact your municipality if you have questions about your options in the Citizen Portal before you log in.Borgerportalen offers the following options to its fullest extent:Keep track of your e-journal (read letters, documents, messages and other relevant documentation between you and the municipality)See the efforts you have been granted by the municipalityApply for body-worn aids and see the status of all your previous applicationsSend and receive messages from various departments in the municipalityComplete and submit relevant forms/forms to the municipalityGet an overview of visits and agreements with the municipality related to your coursesGet an overview of possible courses and offers you can sign up for in the municipality By downloading the app, you accept the Terms and Conditions.
To use the app, you must log in with MitID.
If you are not already registered in the municipalitys care system (KMD Nexus), you will be asked for approval for registration in the system before you can log in.
The citizen portal has been developed by IBG - Interaktiv Borgerguide in collaboration with KMD Nexus for the Danish municipalities that use the care system KMD Nexus to document and process the citizens progress.
